CANCEL: Any cancellations within the 24 hours will not be refunded. SAME DAY CANCELLATION/NO SHOW TO APPOINTMENT - 100% will be charged to your card on file. PAYMENTS: A non-refundable deposit will go towards your balance. Remaining balance to be paid via Cash, ApplePay or Zelle ONLY. All credit/debit cards for payment will incur a 4% charge to your card on file. FOR BROW APPOINTMENTS: DO NOT BOOK an appointment if you are on Retinol, Accutane (acne medication), antibiotics, or have had a chemical peel, facial, or any medication that is sensitive to the sun or face (AHA/BHAs) or have sunburn on the face. If you like, you can arrive with your brows drawn on to your liking for me to see and I can remove it. FOR LASH BOOKINGS: Do not use waterproof mascara/lash curler at least 3 days prior. Do not wear eye makeup to your appointment. Avoid using any oils/creams on the lashes at least 3-5 days prior.
