Please arrive on time for your appointment. 15 mins late - a $30.00 fee will be added at checkout. 20 mins late - appointment CANCELLED! No exceptions! Card on file will be charged remaining balance of appointment. NO SHOW / SAME DAY CANCELLATION you will be automatically charged a 100% fee. ANY appt outside business hours will be an additional fee.
