BOOKING GUIDELINES: All appointments must be scheduled online. 24-HOUR NOTICE required for rescheduling or cancellations. ARRIVALS: Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to find parking. There is 10-minute grace period only, otherwise your appointment and deposit are forfeited. Arrival 10+ minutes late will be cancelled and charged 100% + 3% fee. If you need to: CANCEL: Any cancellations within the 24 hours will not be refunded. SAME DAY CANCELLATION/NO SHOW - 100% will be charged + 3% fee to your card on file. PAYMENTS: A non-refundable deposit will go towards your balance. Remaining balance to be paid via Cash, ApplePay or Zelle ONLY. All credit/debit cards for payment will incur a 3% charge to your card on file. FOR BROW APPOINTMENTS: DO NOT BOOK an appointment if you are on Retinol, Accutane (acne medication), antibiotics, or have had a chemical peel, facial, or any medication that is sensitive to the sun or face (AHA/BHAs) or have sunburn on the face. Tweeze Only is recommended for those on acne medication or with sensitive skin. Arrive makeup free. If you like, you can arrive with your brows drawn on to your liking for me to see and I can remove it. Any questions regarding scheduling a service, send me a text 240-672-7425 or DM me! FOR LASH BOOKINGS: NO waterproof mascara/lash curler at least 3 days prior. NO mascara/makeup around lashes/eyes – arrive with bare face. Avoid using any oils/creams on the lashes 3-5 days prior. NO eye makeup prior to your appointment for all lash services. FOR LASH LIFT BOOKINGS: Eyelash extensions should be removed 3-5 days prior to appointment. Do not use waterproof mascara post treatment. FOR WAX BOOKINGS: NO shaving 2-3 weeks prior to appointment. NO heavy lotions, oils, or deodorant on the area being waxed Hair must be the length of a grain of rice (about 2-3 weeks of growth).
